Tom Lowe is a personal fitness trainer located in Province, Maricopa, AZ, who specializes in functional movement.

Custom injury recovery programs

Tom has experience with a wide range of clients at all fitness levels:

  • Has helped strength train a man injured in a motorcycle accident that is confined to a wheelchair. Through the help of several physical therapists and occupational therapists, Tom has helped this client stand and walk, among numerous other milestones. While improvement couldn’t be measured day to day, consistent training with Tom helped this client show tremendous improvement over months and years.

  • Coached a woman injured from a car accident who thought she couldn’t run again. Tom worked with physical therapists to improve her strength and confidence — and now she’s running 5Ks.

  • Tom has experience working long term with a client who is recovering from leukemia. This gentleman came to Tom while he worked at a health club. Although this gentleman was very nervous and skeptical that weight training was going to help him, Tom guided him through good times and rough times to acquire the level of fitness and strength that this client has never seen before. He states that he is actually stronger now than before his diagnosis.

  • Tom has trained and worked with a variety of athletes and coaches over his many years of training. He has enhanced the performance of professional athletes, college athletes and high school athletes in a wide variety of sports. Tom’s primary athletic focus is strength training and sprint mechanics. His experience at the high school level produced numerous state champions in the sprint/sprint relay events.
